Music, Dance, Performance, Theater, and Literature
Proposals for music, dance, performance, theater, or literature projects are reviewed periodically throughout the year. Response time is generally 6-9 months. Please do not call The Kitchen regarding your proposal. You will be notified by mail.

Proposals should include the following:
Letter of introduction with description of project and optimum time frame
CV's or Resumes for key artists
DVD or CD recording of proposed project (excerpts or full documentation)  (mandatory for performance proposals)
Related press materials
SASE for return of materials

Visual Art
Proposals for exhibitions of media or technology-based work are reviewed twice a year. Response time is generally 6-9 months. Please do not call The Kitchen regarding your proposal. You will be notified by mail.

Proposals should include the following:
Letter of introduction with description of recent work
Artist Statement
CV or Resume(s)
Work documentation in the form of digital images or DVD, or color print-outs when digital images are not available
Related press materials
SASE for return of materials
